Start of the International Summer School in Odessa

On September 6, 2021, the International Summer School was opened in Odessa.
Marcela Slusarciuc, project coordinator, welcomed the participants to the opening of school. Mykhailo Lebid, project manager, presented the project team and the main directions of the UNIV.E.R-U project implementation.

The school joined 29 participants: students of University of Suceava Stefan cel Mare and Odessa Polytechnic State University. Students during the event were divided into international groups to work on joint projects within the framework of the training "Fundamentals of Project Management" in the following areas:

- Support to education, research, technological development and innovation
- Promotion of local culture and preservation of historical heritage
- Support social and solidarity economy actors in Cross-border cooperation
- Environmental protection, climate change adaptation and mitigation

Each group of students will present their own project idea, using the project management tools that were used in the training.

The organizers of the school are Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava and Odessa Polytechnic State University in the framework of the UNIV.E.R-U project.
